With the Olympic Games Paris 2024 in full swing, a staggering number of athletes and Olympic family members participating in the Olympic and Paralympic Games have been presented with the exclusive Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 Olympic Edition.
This special edition device was distributed at the Olympic™ rendezvous @ Samsung showcase, located within the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Village.
The Paris 2024 Olympic Edition phone is a limited edition of the recently unveiled Galaxy Z Flip6, which was officially announced at Galaxy Unpacked on July 10th. To ensure that all Paris 2024 athletes receive their deliveries on time, Samsung had to collaborate closely with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and coordinate a special and secure transport program.
The custom-made smartphone is specially crafted to elevate the athletes’ experience during the Games and is the inaugural Olympic Edition to showcase Galaxy AI. The device is equipped with a comprehensive range of exclusive services and practical applications. These include a 100GB 5G data eSIM, a complimentary public transport access card with unlimited usage, and a selection of official Olympic apps. These features are specifically designed to enhance the athletes’ time in Paris, enabling them to explore new opportunities and forge new connections.
