Seafood lovers can delight in Siakap Purbakala and Steamed Siakap, inspired by Klang’s coastal flavors, while the bold Kari Kepala Ikan and Gulai Kawah from Sepang promise a hearty experience that tantalizes the taste buds.
Meat lovers can also enjoy the signature Kambing Bakar and Ayam Golek from Hulu Langat, prepared expertly for a memorable feast. Traditional favorites like Satay, Lemang, and Ketupat from Gombak, as well as the fragrant Soto Jawa and Sup Berempah from Kuala Selangor, evoke the comforting flavors of home. One must-try dish is Punten Jawa, a Javanese-inspired creation from Selangor that offers compressed rice paired with savory accompaniments.
For those craving local street food, highlights of the buffet include Char Kway Teow and Asam Laksa from Kuala Langat, Murtabak, Roti Canai, and Roti John from Hulu Selangor, and Shawarma from Petaling.
